I cannot open reports. What can I do to resolve this?
Most of the DiSH reports are Acrobat files and are not compatible with version 6 of Adobe Reader. To check the version of Adobe Reader you have on your computer, go to the “Control Panel,” then go into “Add or Remove Programs” and look for Adobe (Acrobat) Reader 6.X. If you have it, first remove version 6, then visit http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html to download the current Adobe Reader version.
