PASSWORDS AND LOGGING IN/LOGGING OUT Why is it important to go to the Manager Home Access “Login” page before logging into DiSH from home? When attempting to login to DiSH from home, I’m receiving the message "BAD GATEWAY - a DNS lookup error occurred;” what can I do to correct this?”
I am getting the following error message when logging into DiSH: “Session Manager failed to open.” What is this referring to?

First, you need to make sure that the “Session Manager” is running. I cannot open reports. What can I do to resolve this? Most of the DiSH reports are Acrobat files and are not compatible with version 6 of Adobe Reader. To check the version of Adobe Reader you have on your computer, go to the “Control Panel,” then go into “Add or Remove Programs” and look for Adobe (Acrobat) Reader 6.X.
