We’re very excited to offer you the opportunity to access and use DiSH from the comfort of your home! It’s part of our effort to provide you with the best possible tools to give you the best work experience at Darden!

All you need to do now to start using DiSH at home is click on the “Login” tab above, then click on “I Accept.” If you have any trouble, click on the “Help” tab and follow the directions.

Please keep in mind, how well DiSH performs on your home PC depends on your home Internet access, your computer’s memory and processor speed, etc. For example, if you’re using a standard dial-up connection over analog phone lines to access the Internet, you might not get optimum performance from large DiSH applications like the Labor Management System. Use the on-line support chat to get further information on this issue. Whenever you need help or have a question about your home access, just click on the “Help” tab.

One other thing to keep in mind – the whole point of DiSH home access is to improve your quality of life. We want to give you greater flexibility and another way of taking care of administrative duties so you can spend more time with family and friends. It’s NOT meant to be a “second shift,” in which you’re expected to go home and continue working after a long day at the restaurant!
