Lashonda Lungalow found just the right ingredients for her December wedding at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. She surprised her fiancé, Ronald Brumby, with an intimate ceremony at the restaurant in Cincinnati, OH.
The couple tied the knot surrounded by family, friends and Cheddar’s team members. General Manager Romellia Farler escorted Lungalow, a regular guest at the restaurant, down the aisle as she made her way to her groom. “I was excited to help this couple celebrate their special day and honored that our restaurant was chosen,” Romellia said.
After the ceremony Dec. 9, the couple and their guests enjoyed a reception Cheddar’s-style, featuring wedding cake cocktails, a commemorative menu filled with well wishes from the Cheddar’s team and a tiered “cake” made of layers of Cheddar’s signature Honey Butter Croissants.
Lashonda, a pastor at Walk by Faith Ministry, said she and her husband, an elder at the church, could not have been happier with their nuptials. “We were both thrilled that the restaurant — one of my favorites — opened its doors to make our special day so memorable.”
