Meet one of the Faces of LongHorn Steakhouse, Janicka Green, director of operations excellence at LongHorn Steakhouse.
Janicka got her start in the restaurant business by serving tables in college, where she was immediately drawn to the energy of the industry. She pursued LongHorn Steakhouse after being drawn to their fun concept and excellent food while dining at an Atlanta location. In the long run, she wanted a company that she could grow with, and LongHorn gave her the chance to look at management as a career, not just a job.
Throughout the years, LongHorn has done a great job supporting her with insight on development activities that have helped broaden her horizons. Additionally, the brand’s core values align with her own – dignity, respect, honesty and integrity.
