Meet one of the Faces of Olive Garden, Angela Perry, director of operations for Olive Garden.
Following in her sisters’ footsteps, Angela Perry got her start with Olive Garden at 17 as a host. Shortly after, she began serving and bartending, followed by managing. From there, she became general manager when she was 27 and director of operations at 31.
She attributes her successful pace with the company to her general manager who saw something in her and believed in her. Angela’s short-term goals with Olive Garden became her long-term dreams.
As far as opportunities go, from the training department at the Restaurant Support Center in Orlando to total quality and food safety to human resources, Olive Garden can accommodate careers in a lot of different ways.
