Meet one of the Faces of Yard House, Meghan Kirk, general manager of Yard House in Dedham, MA.
Meghan Kirk started as a server at Yard House in 2010 when the concept was new to Massachusetts. She fell in love with the company and continues to work there because it embodies everything she looks for in a restaurant.
“We’re a performance-based company, and everything you put into it is everything you’re going to get out of it.”
As general manager, she loves the impact that she has on team members and guests. She loves the family aspect, being a part of the great culture and the fun her team members bring to every shift.
