Each week, we will introduce one of many amazing team members who work at The Olive Garden. You’ll hear their stories, their best experiences and learn why they enjoy working in a fun, supportive environment that makes them feel like part of our family.
Meet Enrique Andrade.
Enrique is a General Manager who has worked at Olive Garden for 25 years. Enrique joined the Olive Garden family as a dishwasher. After following a desire to learn more about prep work, Enrique asked for the opportunity to help prep some food items in the kitchen. From then on Enrique learned that by just asking for chances to learn something new, the opportunities to grow a career are endless. Enrique worked his way up the ranks from Line Cook to manager and finally General Manager. He attributes his success to believing in himself.
