Brian Foye was named President of Seasons 52 in December 2012. He leads a company with 40 locations and more than $250 million in annual sales.
Seasons 52 is a casually sophisticated grill and wine bar featuring a seasonally changing menu. Inspired by the best of each season, meals are prepared using natural cooking techniques, such as grilling over open fires, to give food exceptional taste with fewer calories than similar restaurant meals. The restaurant’s adventurous international wine list features more than 120 outstanding wines, with 60 available by the glass.
Previously, Brian served as President of Bahama Breeze Island Grille, known nationally for popularizing many Caribbean-inspired foods with American consumers. Prior to that, Brian was a 15-year veteran of The Capital Grille, having served as Director of Culinary, Director of Training, Director of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations for the brand.
