Pathways for Growth statistics for FY26: 205,000 team members across the United States and 10,000 leadership positions across our restaurants. In FY26, 1,374 team members were promoted into management, 68% of all Restaurant Managers were promoted from hourly ranks, and 100% of all General Managers, Managing Partners and Directors of Operations were promoted from within.
