Lindsay began her career with Darden Restaurants as a server at Smokey Bones in 2002 before joining Darden’s Accounting team in 2007. Since then, she has held various roles of increasing responsibility and spanning multiple brand finance teams, Business Analytics and Corporate Analysis. In 2019, Lindsay was promoted to Director of Finance for Olive Garden. She then broadened her experience by rotating to serve as Director of Marketing for Olive Garden before returning to Finance as a Senior Director for Olive Garden.

Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
