Rik Jenkins is Senior Vice President of Operations for Ruth’s Chris Steak House. In this role, he leads operations for the brand’s more than 80 restaurants with 5,000 team members and nearly $500 million in annual sales.
Rik joined Ruth’s Chris more than 30 years ago as a Pantry Cook in the Seattle, Washington, restaurant. Over the course of his career, he has held roles of increasing responsibility including Chef, General Manager and Regional Vice President of Operations before being promoted into his current role. He attended South Seattle College.
Founded by Ruth Fertel in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is well-known for its signature steaks served on 500-degree sizzling plates.
